Maple Leaf Foods, in particular the Bartor Road facility, has worked with VIP Energy Services Inc. since early in 2003. During that time, the VIP Energy team has helped Bartor Road in multiple ways. First, they were able to get interval metering working where another firm (The Power Connection which was later acquired by VIP Energy Services) could not solve the problem for over two years. Following this success, VIP Energy Services provided us with important information concerning our electrical demand and consumption as well as billing reviews. In June of 2004, VIP Energy personnel uncovered a $25,000 error with our BPPR rebates. With their assistance, Maple Leaf was able to quickly recover this outstanding money. I would not hesitate to recommend VIP Energy Services Inc. to another firm.
