Paul Van Brunt currently serves as President of VIP Energy Services Inc. He brings the experience of several years of assisting companies to better manage their energy portfolios.

Paul employs a practical energy management approach to a wide array of clients including industrial, institutional, governmental and utility organizations. He has accumulated thirty years of energy-related experience in a variety of roles including energy consulting, commodity sales, energy management and over twenty years at Ontario Hydro (now known as OPG) and Hydro One. Paul spent a number of years preparing for electrical deregulation sitting on a number of market design committees. Paul also worked a number of years with Shell Trading setting up the electrical marketing and sales dept.

Paul holds a P. Eng. designation and graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree.
